During the commemoration of World Water Day Robert Zoellick President of the World Bank and Secretary of States Hillary Rodham Clinton signed a memorandum of understanding to help people in developing countries gain access to clean water and sanitation. Chris Neal, senior communications officer for the water sector at the World Bank is our guest to review this historic event.
